TEXTILE RESEARCH
During my studies, I discovered a whole new sensibility for fabrics. In fact, textile research was one of the main parts in my fashion projects. Here you will find fabrics combination on mood boards and several fabric creation.
Mainly there are knitting project with the corresponding research to it and also the artistic set up. In fact you can find different type of knitting, hand knitting or with needles, machine knitting with a hand pattern, knitted charges about skin and body imperfection or even a huge double knitted project by knitting a thread with the machine and then knitting with needles the result thread.
Destroying existent fabrics in order to recreated a new fabric is also recurrent. By ripping fabric stripes I can create a thread that I can either knit or weave in order to make a whole new textile.
